  • Responsible for local sales activation and management of key accounts
  • Responsible for local brand activation, and portfolio management within the product, formats and copies libraries available at WWBU level, with support of local Marketing manager
  • Responsible for local medical activation within the global medical strategy defined
  • Responsible for coordination with local, headquarter and Division support functions (HR, Finance, ...)
  • Ensure proper functioning of organization and manage teams
  • Manage and coordinate local teams, with focus on medical, marketing & sales
  • Be the country ambassador at headquarter & region, as well as the representative of Division organization in the country
  • Responsible for alignment of organization with principles agreed per function at Division, region & Headquarter level
  • Manage reputation in the countries
  • Main representative ofcompany ELN for Public Affairs and external communication
  • Anticipate local opinion trends and KOL positions, secure crisis management 
  • Drive own function (can be Medical, Marketing or Sales) 
  • Manage external stakeholders (e.g. KOL’s) in the country

Description du profil du candidat :


  • Holder of a Bachelor degree (Master is a plus) BAC+ 4 mini
  • Minimum 8 years Work Experience with minimum 5 years in Sales/business in FMCG International Company
  • Language Skills: French fluent (English is a plus)
